Here's how our process works:

1. Within one business day of receiving your payment, we will e-mail you a list of potential interview topics and pair you with a professional writer and physician editor. We will also request any additional information that we may need from you. Your professional writer and physician editor will contact you via e-mail within 24 to 36 hours. (If you order the rush-order service, this entire process is expedited.)

2. A professional writer with a graduate degree in creative writing, English or journalism will set up an interview time with you and interview you over the phone. Depending on your choice of service, your professional writer will either write or rewrite (edit) your personal statement or other application materials (CV, letter of recommendation, letter of intent, and so forth).

3. You may then request one set of focused revisions via e-mail or your writer will solicit one set of focused revisions over the phone.

4. Your writer will finalize your personal statement or other application materials, and your physician editor will check them for medical accuracy.

Although we oftentimes work much faster, please allow us up to 10 business days to complete your order. (For your convenience, we provide a 48-hour, rush-order service for an additional fee.)

Please note that we rewrite CVs. We don't write CVs from scratch. We also make recommendations to improve your CV.

We write letters of recommendation on behalf of a third-party (physician, professor and so forth). For example, if an attending physician asked you to write your own letter of recommendation, we will interview you and write it.

Oftentimes, program directors and faculty compare application materials (like personal statements) with e-mails that you send them. Consequently, we can rewrite e-mails sent to health professional school, residency and fellowship programs. This process is done completely over e-mail--there is no phone interview. Please limit the e-mail that you want rewritten to 250 words or fewer. (If you're interested in having us rewrite a longer e-mail, please contact us, and we'll quote you a price.) We also offer a package of 10 e-mails.

A letter of intent is a letter written to your top choice of residency or fellowship. It is sent before the match and stresses your interest in a program.
