representatives, nor its owners will be held liable for damages
arising out of or in connection with the use of this site and
services or products offered for sale.
This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that
applies to all damages of any kind, including (and without
limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential
damages, financial loss, loss of data, income or profit, loss of
or damage to property or claims of third parties.
The final creation of personal statements, letters, resumes,
Curriculum Vitae, emails, or any other application materials,
proofreading, and results of said products are the sole
responsibility of each client.
Perfect Personal Statement℠, its owners, employees and representatives are to be held harmless
and not liable for any claims or action arising from the use of
this site or services and products offered.
Unless otherwise stated, all services are limited to a 31-day
(thirty-one day) duration.
The client must supply all required information during
this 31-day period only.
If the client fails to utilize the services paid for
during this time period, he/she forfeits payment.
Email edit packages expire
on the first July 15th following payment or within
three months following payment—whichever time period is longer.
If the client fails to utilize in whole or in part the
services paid for during this time period, he/she forfeits
payment. There are no
refunds for unused email edit(s).
