The final creation of personal statements, statements of purpose, essays, letters, resumes, curricula vitae, emails, and any other application materials; proofreading; and results of said products are the sole responsibility of each client.  Perfect Personal Statement, its owners, employees, consultants, independent contractors, and other representatives (hereafter referred to as Perfect Personal Statement) are to be held harmless and not liable for any claims and/or actions arising from the use of this website and/or services and/or products offered for sale.

Perfect Personal Statement makes no guarantees that its services and/or products will improve a client’s chances for admission to college, graduate school (including law school, business school, and so forth), health care professional school (medical, pharmacy, dental, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and so forth), residency, or fellowship.

Services begin once payment is received in full.  Once services have begun, all payments for services are nonrefundable and services are nontransferable.  Additionally, Perfect Personal Statement makes no guarantees about the quality of its services and/or products.  Perfect Personal Statement reserves the right to terminate a relationship with a client at any time and for any reason.  Whether a refund, partial refund, or no refund is issued is at the sole discretion of Perfect Personal Statement.

Unless otherwise stated, Perfect Personal Statement may take up to 10 business days to render services and/or products.  This time period may be reasonably extended at the sole discretion of Perfect Personal Statement. 

Unless otherwise stated, all services are limited to a 31-day (thirty-one day) duration that begins once payment is received.  The client must supply all required information only during this 31-day period.  If the client fails to use the services paid for during this time period, he/she forfeits payment.

At the sole discretion of Perfect Personal Statement, services may be extended past 31 days (thirty-one days) for an additional fee.  Perfect Personal Statement reserves the right not to extend services.

Any client who misses two or more scheduled telephone appointments is subject to a rescheduling fee.  If the client refuses to pay this fee, he/she forfeits all payment and services.

Perfect Personal Statement reserves the right to refuse service and/or products to anyone.

Unless otherwise stated, the Perfect Personal Statement revision process is limited to one focused revision.  Except for “email edit” revisions that are elicited and submitted by email only, the client may submit revisions via email in lieu of a follow-up phone interview to elicit revisions.  The terms of the revision process are at the sole discretion of Perfect Personal Statement and subject to change. 

Personal statements, statements of purpose, essays, curricula vitae, resumes and all other application materials submitted solely for editing services must be of sufficient length and contain sufficient content as determined by Perfect Personal Statement.  Such materials that are deemed insufficient for editing services will not be edited, and the client risks forfeiture of payment.

Email edit packages expire on the first June 15^th following payment or within three months following payment-whichever time period is longer.  If the client fails to use in whole or in part the services paid for during this time period, he/she forfeits payment.  There are no refunds for unused email edit(s).  Individual emails submitted for editing must be fewer than 250 words.  Emails longer than 250 words will not be edited, and payment for such email will be forfeited.  Unless otherwise stated, all email edits are done via email.  “Email edit” revision requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the initial draft.

This website is controlled by Perfect Personal Statement from its offices located in the State of Texas.  Because this website can be accessed from all 50 states and other countries around the world, and that each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Texas, by accessing this website, one agrees to the statutes and laws of the State of Texas as they apply to all matters relating to the use of this website, its content, and services, and/or products.  Perfect Personal Statement makes no representation that the content and services and/or products provided by this website will be available for use in locations outside the United States of America.  If one uses this website from outside the United States of America, he/she is entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.  Unless otherwise stated, all marketing, promotional material, and services, and/or products are solely directed to individuals, companies, and other entities located in the United States of America.  All individuals and Perfect Personal Statement agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and legal venues of the State of Texas with respect to any matters relating to the services and/or products, the use of this website and its content, and any transactions arising therefrom.

Clients located outside the United States of America may be required to pay additional service fees or risk forfeiture of payment.
